After a bathroom sink drain broke in our Ensuite upstairs, I texted Frank seeking his help; not only did he reply right away, but he also offered to stop by within minutes to see the scope of repairs.

He quickly ran back to his truck to grab a few tools to finish the removal step and explained to me how to finish the work I had started. No charge! Later he even checked up on me to see how I had fared.

“We had a faucet break in the middle of the night. We have an older house so no shut-off valve. As a result we turned the water off to the entire house. They answered the phone when we called and arrived just after noon, extremely quickly. Called first before arriving and no delays.
